Each PANNA cross stitch kit goes through a multi-level manual control system prior to production. We do everything possible so that the final product meets all your expectations. We check the quality of the embroidery pattern, the amount of mouliné and scrim thread, as well as the matching of the embroidery colors to the cover photo.
